Nwes Feature: Share Passion & Honor Of Olymqics
In order to welcome the Olympic torch relay, the Century Park in Shihezi City was beautifully decorated on June 19th. The citizens in Shihezi City welcome the Olympic flame with high enthusiasm.
Tens of thousands of citizens along the 8-kilometer relay route shared the happiness and excitement brought by the Olympic flame, and expressed their wishes for the successful Beijing Olympics.
The Olympic flame passes the spirit of higher, faster and stronger, and also the spirit of our XJPCC people, the firm and indomitable, hard working and unity spirit. Cheer for Beijing and cheer for China.
"I think all Chinese people's hearts are united together. We can overcome any difficulty."
At 4:00 pm Beijing time, the Olympic torch relay started at the last stop，Changji City of XJ. The colorful flags fluttered in the wind, and thousands of citizens held high the banners and waved their arms alone the route. Their zeal inspired everyone.
I am very proud for our country to hold such grand Olympic Games. We want to give our best regards for Beijing Olympic Games and the wishes to the people in quake areas of Sichuan. We hope the torch could pass on our love. Come on China.
We firmly believe that the anti-quake work in Sichuan will get succeed at last, the Beijing Olympic Games will also be a success. Because we have true love for that. We are proud for China. Come on.
There were 104 torch bearers at the 4.2-kilometer-long torch relay. The torch bearers all held high the torch, and at last, the torch reached Yaxin Square of Changji City. The torch relay concluded successfully in XJ.
