Wang Huimin, male, Han nationality, a native of Ning County, Gansu Province, was born in Feb. 1959. He joined the Communist Party of China (CPC) in Nov.1982, and began to work in July, 1975. He graduated from the Postgraduate College of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences where he had majored in the study of Monetary Banking. He holds the diploma of an in-service postgraduate.
He is a member of the CPC Party group of the People’s government of XJ Uygur Autonomous Region, and an assistant chairman.
He has worked as the secretary and accountant of XJ Maigait County Cotton Flax Company, cadre of the Publicity Department of CPC Maigait County Committee, deputy director of the Personal Affair and Education Department, deputy director of the trade Union, director of the Administrative Office under China Construction Bank XJ Branch. He has also served as deputy secretary of the Party Committee of China Construction Bank Bayangol Mongolian Autonomous Prefectural Branch and vice president of the branch bank. He has also worked as the secretary of the Party group of China Construction Bank Urumqi Branch and president of the branch bank, and successively the deputy secretary, vice president and president of China Construction Bank XJ Branch.
Work Division: He assists the executive vice chairman with the management work of finance, securities and state-owned assets.
